If the date of the event is changed by the Formula 1/MotoGP organiser, your camping booking will be adjusted accordingly, unless you expressly object to this in writing. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, your camping bookings will remain valid for the next event, provided you do not expressly cancel the booking in writing within 14 days of the cancellation being announced.

We would like to inform you that our organisation takes into account legal requirements, weather conditions, etc. This also applies to the booking situation, weather conditions and guest behaviour. Should any of our camping areas or sections, for whatever reason, be fully occupied or unusable, we will, where possible, offer you an equivalent or superior camping pitch within Camping PINK. This also implies that the described layout of the camping areas, the sanitary facilities and the catering options may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances. We will respond flexibly to this and be prepared with a plan suited to the situation at the time, so that we can offer you the best solution without any hassle. In this way, we aim to fulfil our service promise and enable you to enjoy a fantastic motorsport weekend at Camping PINK.
